The following is a letter to the Maryland Congressional Delegation that many of the Presidents of our member institutions, as well as other institutions in Maryland, have signed.  The letter is communicating the serious issues that have arisen for higher education institutions in the state of Maryland due to the federal policies and administrative actions  that have occurred over the past few years.
