Program Management

The Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) provides project management services for MDIEC. PBC is a supporting non-profit corporation established by Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC).  PBC provides national management and consulting services that are related to economic development, workforce development and public policy. CTC is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation with 35 locations nationwide. It is also an applied research and development professional services organization providing management and technology-based solutions to a wide array of clients representing state and federal government as well as the private sector.
